I still remember insulting fedoras on Funnyjunk about a year ago, and people ******* hated it! "They're classy as ****!" "They're best when you actually put some money into them!" I'm glad to see more fedora insults in the last few months.

What exactly is the goal of insulting a fedora? Is there some sort of clothing trend I am not aware of?

That's the new thing with the "autistic brony betafag HURR DURR", they all wear fedoras.

Don't kid yourself making fun of fedoras is the new hip thing to do ironically because fedoras became hip for a stage and thus they became associated with hipsters and all there other day old ridiculous trends and attempts to fit in.

in case you haven't realized it yet what you are doing is-on the every level- classifying and generalizing a large demographic of people by an article of clothing.

I was making fun of people who do that, actually. And I wrote that comment a month ago.

Woah woah wait a minute, how are bronies associated with them? From what I know, generally we all hate them too

Of course the full retard, over obssesed ones are the exception, but that's really true in any fandom and whatnot

Well, I don't know, I kind of just figured they were. I'd associate an overly excited brony with the, you know, "nice guy atheist" stereotype, but maybe I shouldn't be wrapping all the stereotypes on here into one group.

That irritates me that fedoras started being associated with them, I used to wear a fedora even though I knew it wasn't amazingly awesome, but I had to stop because the damn "autistic brony betafag HURR DURR"s ruined it.

It annoys me, too, but I can't do much to change it.

Yeah sucks. When i went to southern Spain I saw the locals wearing straw fedoras to help keep the sun out of the eyes and I decided to follow suit. Now that I'm back in America I tempted to wear it again cause it's ******* hot where I live but the fedora **** has corrupted it.

Yeah it pisses me off. I used to wear fedoras the past few years. I saw what they turned into about two months ago and immediately put my hat away. Not a minute too soon either I saw some huge guy in a Reddit shirt with a fedora with a skull on it the next day.
