I would like to see a compilation of all the times that daenerys gets told that "it is known."

we dont even care for handegg in england and i still laughed.

I love that other British people call it handegg

hey this is something I'm actually curious about, how much do the english know about american football? like there's always one American football regular season game played in England and I'm going to suppose that the super bowl is aired there and that some British people might even play it but overall what's the interest level?
User avatar #117 to #63 - cyanidesandvich (08/30/2013) [-]
it's sort of mentioned every few years, and i think people take interest in the big handegg games such as the "soupbowl".

but aside from that and various small teams it'd not played.
same with what you yank's call "baseball", which is unfortunate because i quite like the aspects of bat-stick-run.

there are british football leagues, australian football leagues, and canadian football leagues, and i know some people play it for fun in germany, (american football, not soccer) so it's somewhat serious, but not nearly as big a deal as it is over here, America generally has the best football players, but Australian rules football is nucking futs!

Good to know nobody has any Broncos jokes. That game against the Ravens still hurts.

I cry internally every time they show the Jacoby Jones catch.
User avatar #120 to #116 - commandermunkee (08/30/2013) [-]
That game made me die a little on the inside. I wasn't terribly pleased with it anyway, the officiating was awful, John Fox had no idea what the **** he was doing, and Joe "Monobrow" Flacco thinks he's the hottest **** to walk the Earth because of one good pass he did. I want to see those ratbirds get what's comin' to 'em.
User avatar #124 to #120 - randomlunchbox (08/31/2013) [-]
Trindon Holliday made me happy during the game at least. but on that catch i just dolphin dived on the floor and rolled around yelling no!!!!!!
#125 to #124 - commandermunkee (08/31/2013) [-]
My reaction was pounding my fists against my armrest and screaming no. Hated that game. But for a laugh, here's a more accurate version of Fluke-o's banner at Mile High.
User avatar #127 to #125 - randomlunchbox (08/31/2013) [-]
hahaha I hope we beat them week one. I'm worried about the run game and offensive line though. It didn't look too good in the preseason.
User avatar #128 to #127 - commandermunkee (09/02/2013) [-]
But the preseason last year was even ******** , and they still came out on almost the top. Only thing that concerns me is defense, with Von's suspension.

Maybe Philips can get some Pressure on d-fense No one else really has upside as a pass rusher

Let's also hope Fox knows to stop running the damn clock and let Peyton pass. I don't know what the **** he was thinking back then.
User avatar #131 to #130 - randomlunchbox (09/03/2013) [-]
That's his coaching style. The offense under Tebow with all the running is what he prefers, but with Peyton he sort of had to open it up more. I hope our new OC agrees with Peyton though.
User avatar #132 to #131 - commandermunkee (09/03/2013) [-]
He damn well better. Anyone who disagrees with PFM will fluke out somehow.
