ASIANS CAN ACTUALLY READ MINDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They can hear, and see what you're visually thinking. This is the absolute complete truth!!!!!

The reason a lot of Asians have completely expressionless faces is so they don't accidentally show facial expressions when people think things they don't like, find funny, astonishing, etc, and Asians segregate so they’re not nearly as susceptible to that happening.
Asians also segregate, and are untalkative to avoid accidentally saying things that are similar to what people are thinking and going to say.

Try thinking, and visually picturing things that are as wild as you can when you are around Asians, and look for Asians who give people dirty/particular looks for what appears to be for completely no reason.

PLEASE SPREAD THE MESSAGE!!!!! THE WORLD NEEDS TO KNOW THIS!!!!!

I've made those mistakes, as of many people who've tried getting into lifting or fitness in general. It takes months of rigorous research to know what you're doing, you have to weigh out each contradicting statement to see which one is most suited to you. There's often a lot of misconceptions in regards to nutrition and so much more. To be honest, I wouldn't of known **** at all if it wasn't for that someone who introduced me to /fit/ which had that sticky, which covered a lot of the basics in detail and was legit.

1-2 years? Try 5 to 10 years -naturally anyway- (depending on genetics as well). As someone who has been lifting for about 3 years now I can honestly tell you it takes a lot longer than that, which contributes to your point being that no one has the patience for it.

People have a general tendency to be lazy bastards. It's kinda unfortunate.

I one time asked on a Facebook page some advice about how to develop good effective abs and then my friend kept trying to recommend me Chang's six-pack shortcuts. Why do people think there are such things as shortcuts and easy way outs? I'm aware that it'll take a long time but I want to make substantial progress at least. I wish women in general had the same motivational drive, mental fortitude and the actual knowledge to workout effectively intstead of whining on tumblr about the so called oppressive standards of ideal beauty.

tbh when i entered my gym, i wanted to be skinny so my abs would show, but all i did was cardio and saw no results. the key is to build muscle and lose your body % to at least 8%

im 10.3% and i could barely see my abs, but i wasnt really focusing on them anymore like when i started. people ask me how to get abs like mine. i just say eat clean and they just come out

A lot of it has to do with the actual amount of muscle mass you have in your abdominal region. There are plenty of people who are tiny as **** but you can see their abs just because of how thin they are, and then there are other people who have so much muscle mass to the point they their abs show even if they have 10-13% bf.

Honestly I think being below 8% bf is silly and unhealthy, and lets be honest, abs on a skinny dude are pretty much the same as big tits on a fat chick. The people who (in my opinion) look the best are generally the people with a lot of muscle mass, and a healthy amount of body fat, a prime example being Elliott Hulse (dude in the picture). Most women I've talked to feel the same way, in that really shredded vascular bodybuilders aren't very attractive.

Anyway, that's my take on it, that's my opinion. You can go and do whatever the **** you wanna do.

*Strengthcamp

And yeah, I know what you mean. But in a somewhat recent video the Hodgetwins said that they're never cutting to 4% again, and that it was the stupidest thing they'd ever done.

My experience with fitness is as follows -perhaps my story can benefit you.

About 3 years ago in August I was 14, and weighed 250lbs, with a max bench press of 135 (I've always been naturally inclined towards strength) and that's when I started getting into lifting. I put a decent amount of work into weightlifting and got my max bench up to 165 by the beginning of January, and was deadlifting about 225, I wasn't super strong, but it was something. In February of that same year I decided to start dieting, and by July I had lost 50lbs (I weighed 200), and by my 16th birthday in September I was benching 200, and deadlifting 315, but I was still kinda chubby. Regardless, I decided I wanted to enter the "1000lb club" -Bench, Squat, and Dead totaling 1000 or more- as quickly as I could, so I started a dirty bulk, and by April of this passing year I achieved this goal with a 215 bench, 385 squat, and 405 deadlift, but I weighed 235. Starting in May I started dieting again with the retention of my strength in mind (most of the time people cut they lose strength, but I didn't want to do that), so I took a smarter approach, and now I weigh 205 (at 6ft tall) with a max Bench of 235, Squat 405, and Deadlift 405. I've still got some weight to lose, but because of my muscular foundation I look more 'buff'.

Ultimately the point is that -in my opinion- having a strong foundation of muscle should be the first priority, then weightloss, so when you lose the weight, you don't have that awkward 'skinny-fat' look.

yes i know that feel of the skinny fat look, it gives people that feel that your just a noob in the gym, but in reality you do lift. cutting to me is the most hardest **** in the world when you got
1. fat over weight friends who always eat late and dont watch theyre macroes

2. a girlfriend with a faster metabolism than you

3. parents who just buy junkfood for a living

4. and no one to help you cut

i suck in general to cut, so i tried IF and it really worked!! i swear i looked lean as a *********! but then i got confused into this to much carbs, sodium, fats, and etc get you fat, so im lost and confused at this point till today

Sounds to me like we have similar genetic structures. Are you also naturally inclined towards strength (what are your current lifts?)

If we are similar, I can offer some insight, because I also have a relatively slow metabolism, which makes muscle building easy, but fat gain quick as well.

What I've found to work for me, is eating a giant hearty meal in the morning -for me it's typically a pound of beef, with some cheese, and bread (basically a giant cheese burger, but it's organic meat, not fast food), then I work out about 2 hours after I've eaten that, and wait about 2 more hours before a small meal which is usually just double serving of Whey Protein with milk. After that I don't eat for the rest of the day. That combined with powerlifting 6 days a week, and drinking a ******* of water, (seriously, you have to drink a ridiculous amount of water to maximize weightloss) If I do that weight just melts right off of me, that's how I lost 10lbs in the past 2 weeks.

my bench press is 150 i dont know how to dead lift properly so i stay away from that till i know how to lift with better form

i curl 30 dumbell, and curl 60 on barebell

let me give you my insight on how i eat and train( btw i love water so drink that constantly)

wake up around 8.am make me 8 egg whites with a peanut butter sandwich on whole wheat, work out for about 2hours(i really don't like making conversations at the gym, im real serious on my gainz, so i workout fast) come home eat a cup of greek yogurt with whey protein mixed in it, wait till 5 and make either chicken fajtas or steak(depends what day) a practically thats what i eat(they're bigg meals so i dont have to always be eatting, cause i work) but i hate it cause i have alot of titty fat left over and a small gut which i have the biggest problem with. what could you recommend me for that?
User avatar #218 to #217 - studbeefpile

Some of that's going to be loose skin, which will go away on it's own over time. On top of that, keep bench pressing, you might wanna add chest flies into your routine if they're not already in it, basically try to develop you chest muscles enough so they outweigh the remaining fat, really focus on hypertrophy.

As far as diet goes it sounds like you're doing a decent job, although I noticed you said you cook up 'egg whites', dude, don't be afraid of the yolk, that's where all the protein and good stuff is at, I would recommend having about 3 whole eggs instead. Also, don't be afraid of 'fats' in foods, I lost 50lbs eating nothing but fatty beef and cheese, and I continue to lose weight with a similar diet. Dietary fats are not your enemy, an over abundance of dirty carbs is your enemy. I would try lowering your carbs a bit, and substituting what you do eat for clean carbs like brown rice, or potatoes.

Lastly, learn how to properly dead lift and squat. Heavy compound movements are the best thing you can do for weightloss. Once you've developed decent form on those lifts start working them in powerlifting parameters: 3-5 rep range with between 3 and 6 sets. Basically, heavy as ****. Continue to focus on building your chest muscles, but for your legs and back just focus on strength training (for now)

Please let me know if you have any further questions and I will do my best to share some insight.

He's gonna lose if he ever legitimately tries to sue... Facebook and similar sites have their Terms and conditions of usage filled with things about how they can use and sell your photos for stock photos so it's too bad if you don't like it but just about anyone has legal right to use those photo's once you put them up there publicly.

It's like leaving a 20 dollar bill on a very commonly used park bench and getting pissed off when you come back the next day and it was gone.

Yes, but the consent needed to post it on Facebook is that of the person in the photo, and the photographer, he may have legally posted it to Flickr, but someone (not Facebook or Flickr) posted it to Facebook, meaning that it was done so without consent, and therefore it is perfectly within the law to sue.

Not to mention, anyone can now sue that page for false advertising, as they are most likely a page that is used to advertised for a paid product/service, and this would be a case of false advertising.

Wouldn't be false advertising, any spot you can work out can make a legal claim with enough effort, the right diet, supplements and time spent, you can turn anyone's body into that of their muscle-y example they show regardless of where they get/steal their pictures from

It would be if they were trying to sell a product or service by showing his picture.
Because the advertisements implies that that person lost all that weight, but they didn't.
It's like if I had a dog grooming company, and I started with some grizzled farm dog, and the next picture in the ad was a healthy, show dog, they are the same breed, they look the same, but I didn't actually groom that old dog into that.

Okay so you guys were kind enough to thumb this filthy peasant up (lol) but I still can't vote anything up... To become a Level 2 user, do I have to get thumbs for both comments AND content or is there a thumb quota I have to reach? I just don't understand... If you can't thumb **** up, but you need thumbs to thumb **** up, how is anyone supposed to thumb anybody up? I could swear there was nothing about this on the FAQ page...

So I won't look like that if I don't follow that Muscle Factory link? Next you'll be telling me there aren't hot, sexy singles in my area waiting to date me.

I seriously don't understand this kind of ideology, one of the two means that you do nothing, you sit on your ass and eat, you just let yourself go like a blob and smell like ****, its just plain disgusting
but then we have the other one who workout like crazy, gets real buff etc etc and you call that disgusting? he works hard to be healthy and get bigger, your opinion is your opinion sure but I just don't understand HOW you can have that opinion..

It's usually bad to go one extreme or the other, and this counts with body sizes. Obese people aren't attractive, but neither are guys who are nothing but muscle.

steroids and one-lane mentality is disgusting.
seriously, in order to be that ripped, you don't really have time for much else
you go to work, you work out, you might spend a little time with friends
those are the only things you'll have the time to do every day in your life
(except obvious things like sleeping and preparing food, eating etc.)
to waste your time trying to impress people you don't know, for reasons you don't understand, at the cost of everything good you could've done, that is a disgusting thought to me.

TL;DR go back to /fit/ with your other body-obsessed retard friends.

Dude is not that big. Thats 1.5 years of lifting heavy, 45 minutes a day, for 3-4 days a week.

And just easily watching what you eat.

I'm guessing you're just insecure, because you just randomly brought up steroids and then made up a bunch of bull **** about how working out takes up too much. No one is trying to impress you, you're not that important.

Then why bring up steroids? why repeatedly use the word disgusting? why make up all that stuff about how you won't have friends if you want to workout? and why say he has body obsessed retard friends and that he's wasting his time?
I'm not trying to be an asshole I'm just saying it sounds like your projecting your insecurities

Well there should be a balance. Yes a person can put in the huge amount of effort for massive muscles but really, they don't have I'd be content with just losing a bit from my gut personally.

sure he's working hard and i admire that doesnt make it appealing though. While it is a lot better looking than a fat blob, for lots of ppl huge muscles arent the ideal. In my experience most ppl prefer something in between; buff sure, but with some fat as well. It usually gives a more natural look.

Exactly. Extreme fat and extreme muscle essentially look the same. They both look ugly. A middle ground would be best

I'm not a fan of extreme muscle myself but unlike fat, I have a huge ounce of respect to them since they've worked tirelessly to achieve that body and that it's actually physically capable.

Don't confuse bodyfat percentage and muscles. That guy up there is an average Joe without the fat. Also a manlet, so his core muscles looks bigger than they are.

Jesus man, he's not exactly a massed-up freak, he's actually build in an aesthetic manner. You're either one of those typical tumblr girls who likes to impulsively challenge the ideals of body image or you're one of those special kind of beta guys who's projecting their insecurities as a coping mechanism. Even if it's just a personal opinion, it's stupid and it's wrong.

idk, I don't like large, visible muscles (on guys or girls).
fat is bad too though, as is scrawny
thin and toned is best imo, no accentuated, protruding muscles, just a slim, properly shaped figure.
a VERY MILD set of abs is okay, but well-defined features is unattractive
