This is actually my comment from one of the rape pictures about a week ago, though it applies aptly here as well.

>Be 16
>One of my friends birthday, she's turning 18
>She's ******* gorgeous.
>Get a Hotel, Party hard, People start passing out and leaving.
>Lay down in one of the beds, she comes and lays down next to me
>Touch touch grab grab feel feel
>She says "I've got a condom in my purse, if you want . y'know."
>FUUUCKYEAH
>Give her the sex for 10-15
>She's on top
>Tells me "Maybe we shouldn't do this right now"
>pass out

The next day she told a couple of her friends that she thinks i raped her, and she woke up in the middle of it.

Bitch, if you woke up in the middle of it, you woke up on top.

If she was noticeably drunk, you shouldn't have had sex with her. But I ******* hate girls who say the guy raped her just to save her goddamned reputation.
However, if she was drunk, there was no consent. Or at least, not sober consent.

I never got that mentality. If I am drunk behind the wheel I am held accountable for my actions. The same should apply for sex.

If you're going to go that route, than you should at least consider the otherside being: He was 16, and thus underage, and so she technically raped him. His story is filled with moral gray areas.

If I am drunk and I punch a bitch in the face I will be taken to jail and held accountable for my actions. Why is it not the same for whore women?

And if he was a little tipsy himself? When a guy is drunk he's held responsible for his actions anyway. This shouldn't be, and is not, any different for women. There's no such thing as "sober consent". If she said yes, that's her own fault. If he said yes, it's HIS own fault. And if she was the one to ask first, then she has no excuse, drunk or not. She was still conscious, still awake, still able to speak her mind the whole time. It's her own fault she consumed alcohol, just as it would be his if this situation were swapped.

Well she was a really good friend of mine, we'd partied a lot together before. She couldn't have been blackout drunk, because we really didnt end up drinking that much.

I've never been real outgoing when it comes to sex, I've never pressured a girl into it, I've always let them make the call. She said, and I quote,

"I have a condom in my purse, if you want .. y'know."

You got to be careful man, because people generally take a woman's side in arguments like this because they believe the fact that the man is physically stronger (most of the time anyway), that he has overpowered the woman into having intercourse. Also take note of one of my favourite quotes for future situations:

It's not what you know, it's what you can prove.

Well I have no shame in what I did, because I know that I did nothing wrong.

I think that over time she realized what really happened.

We now work in the same building, and we see each other around, and we have regular, pleasant conversations.

i think it's because you were friends that you got out lightly

just as a rule of thumb, don't shag drunk girls unless 1) you're confident they're going to remain drunk throughout and 2) you're confident that you can get the **** out of dodge immediately afterwards
