I've been in one of these rooms. It's sloped, and the floor design / windows are angled in such a way that makes your brain think it's not

I don't remember the episode. but the show "Brain Games" did an entire thing about that room. It's angled and skewed.

Looks like a slope. You can tell by her knees when she walks to the right

You know how things look smaller when you go further away from them? This is the same thing, but the room is actually getting bigger as it stretches further back. The person does not however and thereby the illusion is created.
