It's not camping, more like scenic viewing.

I was in a store the other day and saw some thing to allow people to have 200W of power that could charge/use off your car when it's running, so you can have your TV and **** in your tent at night....go **** yourselves, that isn't camping. :/

Stop saying **** like that when you probably wouldn't survive 3 days camping without a computer.

its called a power inverter, it actually puts a heavy load on the car charging system and can cause parts to fail prematurely.

I know what an inverter is, I have a 400W one in my car (main reason is my fiancee has asthma and we've had to use her a few times where we were not near any power source) I meant it was like an inverter but also held charge so you can use it away from your car later.

I don't remember the name, I just remember it was advertised as being used inside the tent at night and some guy was laying down playing XBOX while the lady read a book under a lamp. lol

Trying to justify that BS by saying it makes camping "actually fun". camping is already fun, there is so much to do!
That is like playing minecraft for 30 minutes then saying you're bored and out of ideas.

The only way its fun is when your with mates getting pissed to bang some girls in your tent.

Even then I would prefer to do it at a house party.

There's nothing wrong with that you elitist ****. Some people like to have some comfort with them. My family has done plenty of camping, both in tents and a camper( I personally prefer the camper ). But we've also done hiking trips taking us 100+ miles over and around the sierras.

When I went camping last Christmas (Australia, so it's summer) I got gastro which had been going through camp for the past week on a 47 degree day.
