This is because our brain works in sleeping cycles averagely about 90 minutes each. When we wake up in the middle of a cycle, we feel like **** . If we wake up at the end of a cycle, we feel much more awake. Lets say you have to wake up at 5:30 in the morning. The best times to go to sleep are 8:30, 10:00, 11:30, or 1:00. But this means you should be actually asleep by that time, not just going to bed at that time.

I've gone three days with no sleep and I feel like **** .
Then I go to bed at 7 PM and wake up at 3 in the ******* morning and
feel like a God.

My body can't decide what it wants to do.

When I sleep more than 8 hours I' tired as ****
when I sleep 4-8 hours I'm fine but the best is 6 for me in school time
But when I'm under 3.5 hours.... I'm so ******* hyperactive and annoying my classmates want to throw me out through the closed window.

I find sleeping to be best during school time too.

After 32 years I think I've figured finally my body likes some stupid exact amount like 7 hours and 43 minutes of sleep or something. Since I am a light sleeper and can't just shut my body off on command, I am never hitting that magic number but when I do by accident, man I feel great.

Funny, because I only got two hours of sleep last night and I'm still ******* exhausted.

Actually power naps are more REM sleep because they usually take place when you've worked and your body knows you need more energy.

I have never seen anything more accurate in my life.
