Pretty sure america is one of the few countries you can actually request how you want your meal cooked. Probably caught her off guard that she could make such a request.

Wow, what an amazingly ignorant comment showing of your astonishing poor knowledge about the world.

My guess is that you're from the US and that you've actually never visited another country. You should definitely travel more, but please don't come to Sweden, because we don't like ignorant people.

What does the fact he may or may not be from the U.S. have to do with anything?

Sure, we have a lot of dumb ***** here in the States, but from my experience with foreigners - especially from Europe are by far more retarded than a lot of people here in the States.

That being said, people are often most ignorant about other countries. The dumbass above is clearly one of them, and believe it or not - there are people OUTSIDE of the U.S. that are as stupid as he is. Even in your glorious Sweden.

You tell him to travel more because he's ignorant, but don't come to Sweden because Sweden doesn't like ignorant people? Are you ********** ?
#79 to #64 - anonymous (08/20/2013) [-]
Ok, I'll explain to you: skubasteve have obviously no knowledge about the world. The only place he seems to have any knowledge about is America, and Canadians never refer to themselfs as "americans", but people from the US tend to do so, and no one refers to South America as only "America". Therefore was my conslusion that he is from the US. Also, I happen to know (have loads of friends there) that a lot of US americans never travel to other countries since they have pretty much everything from beaches, to mountains for skiing, within their borders. So it makes a lot of sense for him to be an US american. Did i actually write anything offending about the US? Or are you just a really butthurt **** ?

And: If you have had any sense of humor, you would have understood that the thing with not visiting Sweden, was a joke, since it IS ignorat to say that he can't come here cause he's ignorant..

(Gosh, i feel like i'm explaining to a really stupid child here.)

User avatar #220 to #93 - ilovehitler (08/20/2013) [-]
You're the ******* idiot.
Technically, America isn't even a thing, if you want to get down to it.
There are "The Americas"
North America
South America
Central America
United States of America, which is part of North America.

But, in reality, most people will be talking about the USA when referring to America.

Now get your dumb ******* ass out of here.

ASIANS CAN ACTUALLY READ MINDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They can hear, and see what you're visually thinking. This is the absolute complete truth!!!!!

The reason a lot of Asians have completely expressionless faces is so they don't accidentally show facial expressions when people think things they don't like, find funny, astonishing, etc, and Asians segregate so they’re not nearly as susceptible to that happening.
Asians also segregate, and are untalkative to avoid accidentally saying things that are similar to what people are thinking and going to say.

Try thinking, and visually picturing things that are as wild as you can when you are around Asians, and look for Asians who give people dirty/particular looks for what appears to be for completely no reason.

PLEASE SPREAD THE MESSAGE!!!!! THE WORLD NEEDS TO KNOW THIS!!!!!

You're kidding right? It's common all over Europe. Plus, you guys only have the terms rare, medium rare and well done. We say 'bleu chaud' (which is allmost raw but warm) 'saignant' (which means bleeding in French), 'à point' (not pink anymore) and 'bien cuit' (which is cooking the **** out of it). The French basically invented cooking terms, so I'm pretty sure they also know how to handle their meat and etiquette about it in restaurants.

User avatar #187 to #16 - snaresinger (08/20/2013) [-]
Not quite true, we use other terms over here. The most common five are rare, medium rare, medium, medium well, and well-done. There are others, e.g. tartar and blue, but most people don't use them, and not all restaurants have chefs that know how to properly do them (but I'm sure that's true anywhere). Likewise, anywhere you go you'll find fancier restaurants that know a myriad of preparation methods. It's not like measurements, there's not some national status quo standard that says countries can't use other countries' terms.

We're still not as legit as the French though, and the original commenter is still a dumbass.
