clearly he doesn't understand human anatomy...or it's a bad joke for idiots...reason: the human brain has limiters that stop you from using too much force on your muscles, this is so that your muscles don't break. when you're a "zombie" the limiters disappear because your brain doesn't function anymore and ofc you're a zombie and zombies don't give a crap about your body. ( I hopefully achieved my goal of being a smartass.)

There might be some way but its highly unlikely. It would take a lot of mental training to do it. So the answer would be not in our lifetime. (this is the extent of my knowledge)
