Nice life, nice parents-until state came

ROUND ROCK, TX -- A little girl was confiscated from her loving parents because they smoked marijuana, and given away to a foster mother who put her into a coma and killed her. Alexandria Hill, age 2, succumbed to her injuries after being "thrown to the ground."

"We never hurt our daughter. She was never sick, she was never in the hospital, and she never had any issues until she went into state care," said Joshua Hill, the girl's natural father.

Hill says that his daughter was put in to more than one dangerous foster home.

"She would come to visitation with bruises on her, and mold and mildew in her bag. It got to a point where I actually told CPS that they would have to have me arrested because I wouldn't let her go back," said Hill.

The girl was then moved to a different foster home, under the care of Sherill Small in Rockdale, and Hill says things seemed safe there. However, appearances were deceiving.

On Monday night, Hill got an urgent call to come to the hospital. When he got there , he found his daughter in a coma. She died 2 days later.

This illustrates a widespread injustice perpetrated regularly across the country. Healthy, happy children are stolen from loving families who have never once caused them harm, and put into the care of the state, where they can be forcibly drugged and put into all kinds of questionable situations with strangers. And this is done without a trial, without a conviction, without due process. A simple accusation of "neglect" (a loosely defined term these days) can result in armed agents of the state entering your home to kidnap your child.

Hill was 4 months away from getting his daughter returned to him.

You faggots do realise that she was taken away because her parents were doing something illegal right?
Its not like the government thought "Hey, we should take away some girl from a perfectly normal family and give it to a murderer!"
If you are so dumb and decide that its a good idea to take drugs in front of your daughter then expect some consequences, you morons.

And yet they refused to take my brother and I away from our father who used to beat us, but more than usually would play mind games. I was never allowed to have friends, or even leave the house except for school. He'd say stuff like "if you ever try to call cps on me, you better make sure they take you away the first time they come or there won't be a kid when they come back again." He hated doctors because my pediatrician told him not to drink hot coffee while holding my infant brother. My brother and I are both in therapy for what he did to us. I could go on. But any time anyone else called cps on him they'd never do anything about it.

TL;DR Cps takes kids away from parents that love them and treat them right but won't take them away from people who don't deserve to have kids.

**ancel rolled a random image posted in comment #5492487 at Furries ** I've never touched weed but taking away a child because of such a minor offence is horrid.

If that was my daughter I would murder the people who caused it without hesitation.

They could have gone outside to smoke. Like people do with cigarettes. I mean really the problems that weed smoke will cause to a child that's in the same house is no different than tobacco smoke (lung damage since the secondhand smoke won't get them high unless they're in the room with you and you're hot boxing). If someone was smoking cigarettes in the house and not lighting things on fire they wouldn't be treated the same based on the potential health risks to the child.

Then why the **** were they doing something that its considered illegal?

If they can't think of the consequences that smoking pot could have brought, it is, in a way, their fault too.

I don't care how much you love pot if you have kids you should quit and become responsible adults. it's not good that she was relocated to that other family but her parents should of known better. If you don't have the responsibility of children I wouldn't consider pot to be that big of deal but if you have children you're exposing them to smoke and potentially giving them asthma in which is Child endangerment.

tl;dr if you have kids grow up
