No and no. The percentage of THC has increased imensely, not to mention all the other chemical ingrediants that are frikkin' *********** your head. Unless you're talking about plain, untouched mariuana, which is pretty much disappearing these days.

Even if you are right, your point just proves why it should be legal. If it was mass produced and sold in the same way alcohol and cigarettes were then it would be a lot cleaner and a lot safer.
Yes it can cause damage if abused but so can drinking and smoking. You just need to use a bit of common sense when using the stuff.
