    And sadly, the reason we don't hear about these kind of feminists, is because they're too busy actually doing things rather than wasting time spreading their hate and bigotry on places like tumblr and twitter.   
   
These kind of feminists actually try working with people for a cause. I bet it's even less about woman's rights anymore, considering how patriarchy pretty much doesn't exist anymore. Sure there are still plenty of sexists, but general society has become much more equal. Not perfectly equal, but that's what people like her are working towards, and probably with Men's Rights Activists to make sure all narratives of the discourse are heard and accounted for.    
   
The feminazis just like being loud and obnoxious, and consider doing **** like pulling fire alarms as some sort of solution. They're more or less nagging society into submission, or trying to, anyway.    
   
After all, it shouldn't just be woman's issues vs men's issues anymore. These are human issues, and we should work towards one combining the voices of the people working towards equality rather than making them stand on one side or the other.

    Considering the feminazi movement (not the feminist movement) wants culture to adapt to their views, which include getting rid of porn, abortion, limiting men's rights, and constituting all forms of sex outside of ******* written out documents of approval as rape... it kind of DOES pertain to us.

    Due to high divorce rates, a lot of guys grow up without fathers. We have a high rate of girly-men. Women should be given fair education, and that's it. If they are valuable in the workforce, capitalist pressure will integrate them. If they are advantageous to the military, they will be recruited.
    There's a lot of opinions on what women should be given, but few people know anything about what sociological effects can occur when influencing their roles in arbitrary ways, such as when placing women in managerial positions and expecting them to just be able to be able to lead a team efficiently.

    Thanks for asking! Did you know in Russia there is a service to help smokers quit? They pay to have women whip them when they smoke. They say the situation is rather humiliating, and there is more than a 90% quit rate within 30 sessions. It's an innate symbol of inadequacy for a man to be controlled by a woman. This is an awkward situation for man whose superior is a woman not because she makes a good leader, but because equal opportunity laws requires it.   
   
Women are driven by nature to test men. Every so often, like a clock, they challenge them until they stand up and demonstrate their strength, or power. Some need to do it more than others, especially if they have security issues. This is just part of how men and women interact, but this is also awkward in these kinds of situations, where the rules of conduct require you to NOT do that with your superiors.   
   
Women very much tend to make decisions based on emotional factors rather than objective ones, which is good for immediate needs, but not for long term goals. They are also wired to act in their own interest much more than a groups interest. You may have noticed things like honor and integrity mean little to women. It goes against their nature.   
   
These are all qualities you would not want in a leader. They would drive most alphas away, or get them fired. Their team would consist of mostly betas. They would direct their team emotionally, if at all, and their prime concern would be how they are benefiting, not-so-much the end-goal.   
   
These are just a few notes on how men and women interact differently than women-women and men-men. I believe that there are men and women that, through sheer intelligence, can do things beyond what they are programmed for. Even still, our internal wiring will probably always play an essential role in how we operate. Regardless, I don't think trying to force equalize two things that are not equal is a very good idea.

    I'm really not sure what that Russian thing has to do with equal rights. It's humiliating, because you're getting whipped, and also very painful, I'd imagine. I don't think it would matter if it were a guy or a girl doing that.   
   
I wouldn't say women are driven by nature to test men, but rather every partner is driven to do that. I've tested my partners in the past to make sure they were what I want. You'd be right in saying that such conduct isn't appropriate in a work setting, but I've never heard of such a thing anyway. When does this even happen?   
   
Yes, women do work on the emotional a bit more. But, as you say later on, are capable to look at things objectively. Education helps this a lot, and if you're giving them the same education, then it should be handled. We have a solution for it, and it's not uncommon for men to do the same. Just because there's a chance a woman might, doesn't mean you can't consider them for leadership, because any man could, too. They are less likely, yes, but it's never ever certain.    
   
Really, I feel like you're generalizing some stigmas women have and blowing them up. But it's less about the woman being incapable of doing the same job a man does, and more is she might need to work harder to do so. After all, if you're going to use the female biology against her, you would also have to say she wouldn't be as useful for physical tasks, such as being a firefighter or a construction worker. Men are biologically built to be stronger, so they have an edge. A woman would just have to work harder to build up that strength due to starting further back.    
   
Besides, most of the time a person who is picked for a position of leadership will have already shown they are capable of doing so. Many could argue and joke about how our government is a shining example against such a presumption, but our (the US government, I mean), is made up primarily of males, and gender doesn't seem to be helping their approval rating at all.

    The humiliation is specific to women. If it were a man, he could accept him as a badder man, but if it were a woman, or even a man who conveyed womanly qualities, it's practically a rule by which to measure inadequacy.   
   
You don't understand how women test men. It's not like a test you ever created, and it is not something men do. I made you privy to something that could help you understand women a little better. It's related to nagging. You ask when does it happen? Regularly, like a cycle. In a workplace, perhaps not so much. I'd be more worried about the gossip they generate to harm others' reputations, or other lies they tell to get what they want. It's a symptom of not having integrity.   
   
Men naturally structure themselves in a team. Weak, emotional members, are at the bottom with the women. The strong objective members, with a clear direction for the particular mission are naturally accepted to lead. If a woman is the only one who knows what to do at the time, and she can be a leader, then she can lead. It takes more than just a college education for a woman to be a leader, though.   
   
I'm sure you do think I'm just blowing up some stigmas about women. I'm telling you facts about their nature, and you see is how it parallels with what everyone knows. You just stated that women "started further back." I never said that. I only said men and women are different. We have two different roles. Sure, some women can lift weights and become stronger, or get a mandate from God and be a real leader, and some men can be stay at home dads, but it's not suited for everyone. Everyone has their role and you're better off learning yours.

    ASIANS CAN ACTUALLY READ MINDS!!!!!!!!!!!!
    They can hear, and see what you're visually thinking. This is the absolute complete truth!!!!!

    Asians hide their mind reading abilities by a lot of them having completely expressionless faces so they don't accidentally show facial expressions when people think things they don't like, find funny, astonishing, etc, and Asians segregate so their not nearly as susceptible to that happening.
    Asians also segregate, and are untalkative to avoid accidentally saying things that are similar to what people are thinking and going to say.

    Try thinking, and visually picturing things that are as wild as you can when you are around Asians, and look for Asians who give people dirty/particular looks for what appears to be for completely no reason.
