Isn't PETA supposed to be against animal cruelty? So why are they spending so much time attacking video games and treating vegetarianism as if it's a religion.

COPYPASTE FROM MY COMMENT BELOW: PETA's mantra is not against animal ABUSE is agains't animal USE. They believe that your dog, cat, and the cows we eat shouldn't exist because they believe that to be unnatural and a bad thing. As such, they aren't interested in finding a new home for animals or things of the sort. They only want to end their use and the most efficient way they've found for doing that is by killing them.

Well, sort of. They would much rather take him off you hands and just... leave it somewhere where there's no people around. But since doing that is impossible with all the animals in their control they'd just resort to killing him if they got their hands on him/her.

You've already got your evidence but I'll tell you something else: PETA's mantra is bit against animal ABUSE is agains't animal USE. They believe that your dog, cat, and the cows we eat shouldn't exist because they believe that to be unnatural and a bad thing. As such, they aren't interested in finding a new home for animals or things of the sort. They only want to end their use and the most efficient way they've found for doing that is by killing them.

That is pretty much ********. Most of these animals are thrown out by their owners or by animal shelters because of diseases that can't be treated or are just to expensive to treat. In most cases they're put down to save them pain and misery.

Really? I'm not going to take that as a fact right away but if that's true, then why haven't they been shut down yet? Nobody's going to stop them?

Stop them from what? They are "Preventing cruelty to animals" and keeping "Stray and dangerous animals off the streets; lowering the possibility of attacks and/or the spreading of diseases"

Cloe enough. I don't support PETA and I like meat.
If you know what I mean.
