Things to try: SSRI antidepressents, you may be low on seritonin. Flaxseed oil... works like oil for the tinman against the rusty feeling when you move. Multivitamin, can't hurt. Biofeedback, ie: muscle relaxation techniques ... Often times pain is caused by tense muscles cutting off circulation to the back and neck areas, even the jaw and face. Heat therapy, hot tub, heating pads, moist towels, hot bath (for like half an hour) alternating with cool bath or shower. Taking 800 milligrams Ibuprophen at one dose stops inflamation for 8-24 hours, works much better than taking 200 every 4 hours for symptom relief. IF you don't take any medication, try detoxing with St. Johns Wort, is over the counter. Do NOT use this if you are on any meds that require 2 weeks to build up a blood serum level, it will be washed out suddenly and is dangerous to do that. Last one: try a "vitamin" called Chromium Picolanate, 2 x week to control metabolism and energy efficiacy. Best of Luck, bro

Nope, the doctors haven't been very helpful, hopefully that changes someday.
The only pills I ever got I took from people who couldn't handle them and threw up and what not.
It was a beautiful feeling. The opiates coursing through my veins. Though they put a bit of a strain on my delicate body and all and all I couldn't really rely on them.
My tolerance is now that of a god. So I'm hoping to rely on occasional opium someday. Natures tea I'm hoping will help ease the pains in my life. Need to make sure to regimen it so that I don't become god tier tolerant though.

That number is # 1855-819-4692, anytime 24/7 *No cost investigational study drug * No cost study-related care from a local physician * Reimbersment up to $450 for study related travel expenses. Just tell them what opioids you take and that they constipate you terribly, lol. If you qualify, you do NOT have to stop taking your current medication. acurian is a recruitment company working for all sorts of drug companies to find study participants, paid study participants for all sorts of drugs. Give it a whirl

Weed temporarily turns off the higher brain waves, the ones "gobbling up your seritonin" (quote from a Doctor) and allows more seritonin to wash thru your body and joints, etc... relieving the pain of the "Tin mans rust". TRY IT, opium/opioids turn into a nightmare too easily, and direct pain killers cause you to pay for it later with as much pain as you ever saved on them. Weed does not do this. I am sending you some possible help you may not have thought of

marijuana is very easy to get, and it numbs the pain. There's a reason it's used as a medicinal. I suggest trying it out, they have it in edibles, pills, leaf, wax, vapor. Ther's a lot of ways to do it, also it's non addictive and isn't all that bad for you. If you really are in a lot of pain i doubt you'd mind the occasional smoke/vapor/edible. Best of luck, and maybe fix the chronic with some kronic

I feel the chronic pain thing, been going to 6-11 doctors for about 4 years now trying to figure out the cause of it but can't find anything
basically every limb in my entire body hurts and I've lost all the strength to be able to do nearly every physical activity, sometimes it gets even worse and I can barely move, as of recently I got mono, which has made those problems even worse and I haven't been able to walk for 6 days

Sucks man. Yeah, you know, I hear of stories where it took 30 years for doctors to diagnose some rare or offbeat disease. Many people were not believed and ridiculed for years.
Its ******* ********. The medical industry these days is all about quick fixes and pill pushing. I've never actually been to a doctor that didn't just do stuff any monkey could do.
My advice is if you have the money, get your genes tested, get a full body mri cat whatever scan, and just get to the bottom of this. I think for one grand or two a company will map out your genome and tell you everything you could ever possibly know. Though I don't suppose it's that easy.

I'm actually poor as ****, can barely afford rent month to month so that's not happening at all lol, I can get an mri done for free since I'm in Canada, but the down side to getting it free as opposed to getting one from a private facility is that the wait can be 1 - 3 years
my main doctor is pretty good though, she ruled out EVERYTHING she could possibly think of that it could be, in fact she had no more ideas so she recommended I see another doctor for a fresh opinion, so thats kinda where im at right now, she ruled out at least 40+ things from every kind of arthritis to several diseases and cancers, no bloody clue what it is

I'm very very tired. My health is one thing, my life another. Everything is ****... but I'm still alive, for whatever reason, I'm still here. Still trying to grasp the light, even after being born a failure, I'm still trying to reach out. I keep telling myself that I can't die yet. Not yet... oh god, not yet... though deaths cold embrace is quite tantalizing at times.
My vessel was never fit for my soul, I wanted to change the world, do great things, be a great man and go down in history now and forever. To change the fate of mankind-but I-I'm just... just another human, not even average, but minus.

The thing about my health is that while I may be carrying some debilitating disease or health state or whatever I have no medical papers and java to back it up. There are no answers, no cures, and no sympathy. I'm expected to live, work, feel, and act like a normal person and operate under the same stress despite carrying 300% more stress than the average joe.
I'm hard worker, even if I've been called lazy, what people don't realize is that I'm working far harder just to live than people who say that ever did.

Well everyone has their problems. Now if you're just fine with having some disease then i guess that's your thing. But you should really get it checked out if it bothers you. Of course people are going to expect all those things out of you because they had no idea anything was wrong. I had to live a year before i was checked out for heart problems and beforehand it was pretty much just a constant state of exhaustion. I went around knowing something was wrong, and after it got serious i still had to endure it for a couple months until my surgery date. And to top it all off i had terrible anxiety about just this kind of thing. I'm not trying to complain by any means, but just say the problem is more or less manageable relative to the person. Just know that if you never go see what's wrong you're never really going to get sympathy or help from anyone, because as far as they know you're in perfect health.

Well, to be honest, if i was ****** i really wouldn't constantly think and worry about how i was ******. If you don't think you have much life left, then stop worrying about your issues and do things you enjoy. There are also things you can do for a lot of your issues as well. There are ways to change things such as metabolism and heart rate. You can help vision with glasses. And there are also things that can help with sleep. You just need to either put effort into improving your health, or enjoy your life instead of constantly dreading "what ifs"
But you probably don't want to hear this kind of stuff anyways, as most people often don't, so i'll leave you be now.

Get yourself some lenses bro, best thing that happened to me.
I probably get a headache once every one or two months. (Used to have them at least three-four times a week.)
Try eating one thing for an entire day until you find something that won't give you stomachache and keep building on from there. (Might be allergic to something really common in food like milk, eggs etc. Hell, you might even be allergic to something they put in your water where you live.)
Try massaging the muscle areas that usually hurt, or try putting a medium-hot wet towel ontop of them, might make them relax.
I'm usually struggling with the sleep thing too, once or twice a month I have to skip a night to be able to get back into the right sleeping pattern.

I wear glasses and plan going on a serious
life changing health regimen
(though I'll doubt I manage it)
Managing my pain/symptoms is already a full time job, and lets be honest, its real hard to be motivated when all you want to do is not move a single muscle and stay in the fetal position.
I'm planning to start small, maybe do some stretches, meditate, breathe, yoga
I'll eat better, more stuff easy on the stomach, work out a little (Not too much I lost 5 pounds even though I don't do anything)
And just get real real strict, not to mention hope that the doters who just want to push pills actually succeed in the 1/1000000 chance and figure out whats wrong with me, if I"m even diagnosable
I'll still probably feel like **** but at least I'll have tried.

natures selecting you brah just as it has been selecting me, ive got some unmeasurable back pain that runs down my leg where i can't sit or lie down, ive got to bend over doggystyle with my face down and ass up, and it looks pretty
gay
cuz im a guy.
I've lost 15 lbs over the course of 2 months, and im still rapidly losing weight.
Some things that help a lot:
Isolation
Alchohol
Weed.
I've just started growing my own weed plant that way I wont have to pay for weed in the future, and alcohol i might just start making moonshine for very cheap alcohol,
for money im going to be selling weed to close friends etc, because i can't work or let alone walk more than 15 meters without needing to sit down and take a break from pain, I was in tip top shape before i got this trajedy and it just goes to say, some people just get unlucky.
Im looking forward to the house being empty in a couple days for the Isolation.
You are not alone! We try to help eachother.

Yeah, I'm going to push the "healthy lifestyle" in my life more, anything that will help. I can't afford or use the luxury of drugs, but one day hopefully I'll have access to stuff like that and the occasional opium. I mean ****. I've been tested and the doctors aren't helping so far, so if they can't help me then I will have to ******* help myself.
It gets real hard sometimes and makes living a pain. Work is like climbing a mountain. My last job was 7 days a week, **** man. I may be going back to it soon too. The pay is **** too. yayyy
