First one isn't an albino peacock, it's just a white peacock. It's cool, nonetheless, but it isn't "albino".

Yes, of course everything white must be albino, lol. Albino animals lack pigmentation in everything, including their eyes.

...I can see that the eye is really dark, which is normal for peacocks...

But, since there is a big debate on whether they are or aren't considered albino, I'm just gonna leave the rest alone. All that I will say is that white peacocks (or "albinos", as stated by many people) are actually common, while albino animals are rare...
