Guten free cookies aren't that bad, depends on what kind of flour you use I use Almond flour (the texture may be off, but they taste the same)

Vegan and Gluten free however... yeah... nope. Ew.

the **** is almond flour? You can't just make flour from whatever you please. Next thing you know they'll have peanut, grape, and corn flour

Corn Flour? Yeah, that exists.

There are many different types of flour substitutes, and no, you can't make them out of everything. Almond flour is made out of Blanched Almonds which are ground up like coffee beans (but not too much or else it would become Almond Butter due to the natural oils present in the nuts) It's really grainy, and is more like a meal, I use it for baking cookies and scones since it doesn't take away from the original flavor.

Here's a list for you for other flours You need to login to view this link

Also, going gluten free is actually one of the best ways to go if you want to lose weight (that's why I'm doing it, lost 5 pounds in my first week) and it helps with Acne or if you have auto immune problems (like Crohn's or Eczema, I happen to have the latter) Also, I have family members who have an actual Gluten allergy, meaning they could get seriously ill if they consumed anything with gluten in it.

Since gluten allergies are common, many companies make gluten free alternatives I can buy Gluten free baked goods when I'm too lazy to make my own (there's even an off brand of Oreos, except they aren't double-stuffed which makes me sad)

I don't think I'm better than anyone doing this diet, (my friends mock my by eating cool-ranch Doritos in front of me, since Doritos uses gluten in their seasoning mix)

TL;DR Yes, there are many different types of flour (including corn flour) and the only thing I miss are Doritos.
