It is in a biology class. How do I know this? It is located in the Cox Science building at the University of Miami in the lecture hall where biology classes take place.

Normally you'd be fine doing that if one key was being used since it wouldn't complete the circuit (assuming another part of your body isn't touching a conductor)

It certainly won't, however, clean your key at all.
