Let's see... if you had unlimited funds with which to buy rejected government technology, after about six years of hardcore martial arts training where you have achieved your physical prime. Also you must have excellent skills of deduction and a wealth of knowledge on chemistry, ballistics, and various other forensics along with being fluent in many languages and having a global awarness of current events and governments. All while being a charming bachelor boy billionaire on the side.

Maybe in his physical shape. There's an article somewhere that says it's impossible to be batman for an extended period of time from stuff like the lack of sleep and all the wounds and stuff.

Technically, yes.

But in a real world practical scenario, it wouldn't be...practical.
