No, they're Lego brand pieces of Lego or Lego bricks, or if you're going from Lego themself, Lego parts.

Still, the way language works, people can just make up rules etc, but technically, Legos is wrong, but you can still use it.

Its still Lego. You have a single peice of Lego, or several pieces of Lego. I've had this before, I can't remember the exact word type it is, but a buddy of mine honestchap will be able to explain the actual grammatical reasons behind it all.
