If you've seen it twice already, that means you've already passed.

You would not take your drivers test if you've already passed, would you? If you ever found yourself in a situation where you are taking a test you've already passed, you don't need to take that same test again, just provide proof that you've passed it before.

Well sometimes you have to prove you are still able to pass the test. Lets say you become a driver when you are 20. After 30 years you have to pass the tests again to show, that you are still capable of driving so you donĀ“t endanger others.
