If you're referring to his reaction in the last panel, the joke is he jokingly called him gay, the guy acted offended when in reality he is gay, therefore odd situation.

There is nothing wrong with being a homosexual.
There is nothing wrong with being a homosexual.

He was supporting homosexuality in his comment. Your understanding of the English language must be limited.

well perhaps there's nothing wrong with being against it or not agreeing with what they do. We all have the right to free speech, as long as he tolerates it and doesn't go ranting on hate speeches or hanging them like in Saudi, he doesn't have to like it

And there's nothing wrong with being a little uncomfortable near homosexuals.

I agree with ya...

Why is it that when one doesn't go on a rant, but politely or rationally says that they are uncomfortable about homosexuality, or states that their religion views it as immoral, they get thumbed down and called intolerant. That's hypocracy, when we do tolerate homosexuals we receive intolerance for not loving them.

he didn't say he felt uncomfortable about homosexuality, he said he was uncomfortable near homosexual people. What he said implies (in my opinion) that he is one of those people that actually thinks that gay guys are attracted to, and will flirt with/hit on every single guy alive, which is just stupid. But again, it appears that is the implication; I obviously have no idea if it is entirely accurate or not.

Actually that is completely wrong and you read way too far into my comment.
What I said was that there's nothing wrong with being a little uncomfortable near homosexuals.
Because sometimes you just don't like or trust a certain group because of your personal beliefs or reasons.
The same way some people aren't comfortable around dogs.
Either they're scared the dogs will bite, hump, give them fleas, or simply scared that their kids will play with them and want one.
If they're not going around killing dogs and trying to ban them from places, then you can't blame them for their ridiculous fear, you just accept it.

And I don't mind gay men at all.
I'm sure they have standards just like women.
And if a homo is checking me out, well I don't make myself look good for nothing. Might as well let someone enjoy my dashing good looks. No homo.
