"Man kann sich ab 16-einhalb Jahren in einer Fahrschule zur Fahrausbildung der Klasse B oder BE anmelden und stellt einen Antrag beim zuständigen Amt. Die Erziehungsberechtigten müssen zustimmen. Wenn der Antrag bewilligt wird, was ohne Punkte in Flensburg normalerweise der Fall sein wird, beginnt die ganz normale Ausbildung in der Fahrschule (Unterricht, Fahrstunden, theoretische und praktische Prüfung).

Truth be told, drinking at 16 is good and driving at a later age helps. Germans will be able to know their limit while teens who are driving at 16 reach 21, they'll drink and not be able to know their limit, thus creating a accident usually.

Well, that isn't the same. You don't need your parents around in Denmark if you want to drink. You can legally drink alcohol at age 0 and also smoke - though your parents have the right to tell you what to do because they have a certain amount of responsibility. When you reach age 16 you can buy lighter alcohol with percents up to ca. 17%. When you reach age 18 you can buy whatever you want to. It is also allowed for your parents to buy and serve alcohol and cigarettes to you and your friends.

Did you have it in a cup or a coozy? If not than you were probably breaking the law anyway. Most beaches have open container laws and it doesn't matter how old you are, you'll get a ticket. Just get liquor and mix it with a soda before going on the beach. That's what I did when I was younger.

Oh yeah, but trusting them with two ton engineering craftsmanship fueled by millions of years old liquified dinosaurs that can accelerate over a hundred kilometers at the mere age of 16 is so much ******* safer.

They just send them to prison anyway for utter ********

edition.cnn.com/2013/07/02/tech/social-media/facebook-threat-carter/index.html

Or for example the state of Pennsylvania closing down what.. 21-23 public schools while buying a 400 million dollar prison?

Land of the incarcerated is what it is.

I was told by the Immigration officer that validated my visa in the US that, as a German citizen, I could purchase alcohol in the US at 16 with an ID
I tired it, and almost got ******* arrested because the casher freaked the **** out

I know that isn't true. My buddies were study abroad students from the UK and couldn't buy alcohol all year even though they had been buying it for 2 years back home.
