Many "living fossils,” such as crocodiles, once
shared the same world as dinosaurs. Since
humans continue to live with crocodiles today,
it is reasonable to believe that humans also
shared the same wadd with dinosaurs.

Fun fact: An alligator is faster than Usain Bolt on a short distance of 20-30 yards.

Now that I think about it, it isnt really all that fun.

two examples that prove to me that man did roam the earth with dinosaurs. now i understand that many of you don't accept the bible as legit, so one of the examples is native american instead, but here you go:

Job chapter 40. “Look at the behemoth, which I made along with you and which feeds on grass like an ox. What strength he has in his loins, what power in the muscles of his belly! His tail sways like a cedar; the sinews of his thighs are close-knit. His bones are tubes of bronze, his limbs like rods of iron. He ranks first among the works of God…”(Job 40:15-19)

this description sounds similar to a Brachiosaurus, something that couldn't have been so in depth described unless they had seen it.

<----2 this picture looks like a brachiosaurus as well. native americans only drew/etched petroglyphs of creatures or events they had seen before. so the only way a petroglyph in this shape could have been made is if the person who made it had seen it before.

How the **** do you derive Brachiosaurus from that description. It basically says it is strong and eats grass. It says nothing about the long neck. That's complete and utter ******** . Carbon/radiometric dating methods are accurate and you're just too blinded by your ******* bible to realize how stupid you're being

I'm sorry, I don't see how scientist can say things like crocodiles didn't evolve over all this time but why wouldn't they? wouldn't they have grown stronger? wouldn't herbivores that they say existed back then as well developed armor or something.

I just see these flaws in evolution's theory. But then again they get to change it as they feel like cause it's a theory.

You seem to have just demonstrated that you don't quite understand the theory to begin with.

what i don't understand is there are paintings and carvings that date back thousands of years that pretty accurately depict specific species of dinosaurs.
#65 to #43 - anonymous (07/07/2013) [-]
No there aren't. There are depictions of animals, either heavily stylised or fantasy creations which may or may not have been extrapolated from fossils found at the time. Fossils aren't something we've only suddenly started finding, where do you think all the mythology behind dragons comes from?

The only people that claim there are cave paintings of dinosaurs fall into the classic fallacy of projecting modern knowledge onto historical patterns - in the exact same way that Harry Potter or Tolkien 'predicted' lots of specific things.

Well since crocodiles lived with the dinosaurs wouldn't they count as dinosaurs?
And if crocodiles live with humans you can say that humans live with dinosaurs

Living with dinosaurs does not make it a dinosaur.

All I know is that there was once a time human beings mastered the art of making love to crocodiles

those were the days

This is the Creation Museum in KY. The Thinking Atheist visited it and made an episode: Atheists at the Creation Museum

The worst thing is when they say there are no transitional fossils, all it takes is a 1 minute google search to find all of them

I find it amusing how people in the comments are still trying to convince creationists evolution is real. They'll never believe you.

Humans DO share the same world with dinosaurs. They just go by a different name today.
