also how does she know the guy in the first picture is a rapists ? did he announce it to her from a distance or something ?

Most of the time it's human instinct. This doesn't just apply to rape, but also things like getting mugged or beaten up. You see someone's body language, how close they are to you and to what extent they're invading your personal space. At that point you should be on the defensive (although just because someone walks close to you doesn't automatically make them an assaulter). Humans have an innate capability of knowing when they are in danger, or sensing if something is not quite right. Hope that explains it, that's how my Tae Kwon Do master explained it to us a few years back!

I don't really know how to read body language unless it is very obvious or bold gestures, but I'm odd and your explanation makes sense so thank you .
