With me, I usually get the girl who seems interested to talk to me, reciprocate in conversation and even laugh at my jokes (or general statements/stories). Then the next moment, they just suddenly don't seem interested or somewhat avoidant.

I'm having the complete opposite problem. There's a guy who I really enjoyed talking to, then I developed a serious crush on him and now I'm too shy to talk to him much at all and run away whenever I see him because I'm pathetic.

I just came back from a nightout not too long ago and I feel kinda hurt that my ex crush is into my friend instead and that she'd tried to kiss him a couple of times. It still ******* hurts. I tried chatting up a few girls last night and the first, she laughed at my jokes, we met up randomly on dancefloor, she chat but then she ******* leaves me for another guy. The second, her alphamale boyfriend came and tried to intimidate me (though I stood my ground). The third, we engaged in deep conversation but when she left for her friend, she gave me her bloody FB ad instead of her number. The forth, I tried dancing with them on the dancefloor only to get kicked on the balls. It's frustrating because unlike all the other betas, I workout, I eat healthily and take pride in my body and general appearance (though not to say I'm exactly stunning or anything) and I'm not shy (even when sober).

As for you, you should seriously have the leverage since women are more sexually valuable in the dating game as dictated by evolution and natural selection. As long as you're pretty enough (and that you aren't too intense or a bitch), then you should be just fine. The worst a guy could do is put you down gently. As for girls, rather than the simple "no"'s, I've had glares, I've been told to **** off, they'd ignore me or shun me, or in some cases even physically push me away.

With the fb thing, if you're ever in that situation again, say you don't go on it much and it'd be much easier to text her or some ****. Always worked for me.

I've been told I'm sexy by several girls and I know it. The thing is my shyness and some aspects of my personality have probably been what's kept me from having a girlfriend. I actually asked this girl out once, and the day before the date she ******* cancels. She does the whole "lets be friends thing". I actually try to be friends and she just acts weird and sort of distances herself. Then I see her at a party a few months later. I don't go up to her, but the entire time she's looking at me like she realizes that she missed out on something good. But I don't care. I'm done with her.
