Women also have to **** out an organ every month they aren't on the hormone hangover that is pregnancy, so I say they get maternity leave and free drinks to even the score.

Right, you made 3 astronomical mistakes there.

1) Expressing an opinion on the internet.

2) Agreeing with the idea that "gender equality" means women get preferential treatment. what.

3) Expressing an opinion on the internet (I felt it was so stupid it was worth mentioning twice)

Enjoy your day.

Apparently FJ people hate anything that sounds remotely feministic.
I agree that many of the most outspoken feminists are absolutely insane, but that doesn't mean saying "you are more prone to STDs, have to piss blood once a month, and have pregnancy, but we can't give you any special compensation because that wouldn't be equality." is the right way to go.

Men go through Testosterone Phases and hormone imbalances just as much or even more than women go through their menstrual cycle. In fact men get hormone imbalances BECAUSE of the menstrual cycle in addition to their already fluctuating levels of testosterone. Men will have their testosterone levels rise and fall rapidly in simple hours while women stay on the same estrogen levels for days or even weeks. Men can deal with it, women make a big deal about it because they bleed and get cramps or become bloated when it happens (even though men also suffer negative symptoms from high/low testosterone levels)

The only thing that women have the short end of the stick on is pregnancy, which isn't even that bad considering it's basic human nature for somebody pregnant to be taken care of, either by the father or by family or even charity or all the government regulations and programs we have in place for it, which is overly excessive if you ask me since it gets abused a lot.
User avatar #262 to #86 - threadz (07/06/2013) [-]
Here's the thing; I don't notice the testosterone changes. Nor do either of friends acquaintances. I also don't have to **** blood (except after eating too much Mexican footestosternoned) or carry a baby inside me. All else equal, telling women to just suck it up doesn't seem fair to me.
I'm not saying give feminists everything they want, just a little something to make up for having to deal with this ******** .
If I'm just a dumbass or my perspective is wrong, I'd like to know what makes me wrong so that I can stop being wrong

i think not having to work, getting preferential treatment in the divorce, and using their tits to get ahead in life doesnt make up for "wahhh i have my period."

" **** out an organ" It's an egg... not an organ.... and it's so small you can't even see it. And yes, menstruation sucks, but it's not the worst thing in the world, a few tampons and painkillers and It's okay.
#85 to #58 - anonymous (07/05/2013) [-]
I think the " **** out an organ" was a joke. I don't think he actually thought that women poop out their periods.
#207 to #85 - anonymous (07/05/2013) [-]
Women shed the layering of their uterus during their periods, so they don't just bleed during menstruation. This ******* simply made it seem like it was worse than it really is.

You don't actually know anything about women do you?
1. We don't ' ***** out and 'organ'. Unless you get pregnant, you egg, with is a cell, is unneeded, so it dies and has to leave the body with the layering (the blood) of the uterus.
2. Women usually only have 3 - 6 months maternity because they are either bored, or their new baby has got daycare/babysitter. That's paid, anymore and they usually aren't paid.
3. Never let one sex have free drinks without the other, that's not only unfair, but would most probably cause a fight in bars/pubs/ whatever
