At the bottom are the "hot words" the NSA are looking for in emails. Finding these words makes it grounds for reading. You will notice words like "waves" and "tsunami" and "death," "sick," or "China."

Oh, and also "scammers," "hackers," "pirates," "social media," and "police."

Not to mention they can program it to look for any word. Say, for example, a political party becomes enemies of the government. They could begin searching for words like "occupy" or "protest" or names of individuals.

Its not about what they are doing, its about what they could do.
