Fat. . BECAUSE WHEN I SIT DAWN IN THE BATHTUB, THE WATER IN THE TOILET RISES. Obesity is now considered a disease in the USA. FFS, I just like eating, and being lazy, I'm pretty sure that's more of a choice than a disease.

That's just silly-talk. Everyone knows that obecity is a disease. Sexuality is a choice.

I don't know where I stand on obesity because I eat like a fat man and sit around all day long but I never put on any weight at all
If I wanted to be obese I'd have to try really really hard
So I'm fairly sure it has a lot to do with genetics

Ok some facts people ignore.
We are living on diets that we never were designed for.
Salt, sugar, fats and starch are fairly hard to come by in nature, so our bodies are programmed to give a pleasurable response to eating food like that. Rewarding us for getting that high energy rare treats.
But largest problem is not so much the food, its the lack of actual physical labor. If you look at pictures from about 100 years ago, obesity was pretty much unknown to anyone who worked for a living. They worked hard, and they walked everywhere.
I sit at the computer all day working in CAD, even though i work out for atleast two hours each day, its not same as someone who did physical labour 10 hours and walked everywhere.
Its really easy to get fat, and really hard to get rid of it, and cheap quick foods that most people are able to afford are filled with fats, salt, sugar and starch, which make it really easy to overeat.
Obesity isn't a disease, our way of life is.

Damn, how the fat rights movement is even worse than third wave feminism in itself.
