I liked how on the Venture Bros they were all based on famous psychopaths:

Fred was based on Ted Bundy, the charismatic serial killer who killed at least 30 people.

Velma was based on Valerie Solanas, the feminist lunatic who wrote the S.C.U.M manifesto and shot Andy Warhol.

Daphne was based on Patty Hearst, the wealthy heiress who was kidnapped and brainwashed.

And Shaggy was based on David Berkowitz, a serial killer who thought his neighbour's dog was possessed by a demon, and it commanded him to kill people.

You do know Scooby Doo was made in 1960-today so the Ted Bundy one is a hoax as are many others

A feminist who shot a gay man. And they have the audacity to look me in the face as they ramble on and tell me "We believe in equality."

I agree with her. A soup can is not art.

she actually had one or two good points in the scum manifesto, but funnily enough, those were all the ones completely unrelated to men (e.g. how to fight the 'prevention of privacy' by the government and thoughtless conformity)

give that **** a read, it's satirical in and of itself and it'll make you think (not in agreement with her, obviously)

That's just what the Venture Bros did. They do stuff like that all the time, like their version of the G.I Joes are based on the village people.

The original characters aren't based on serial killers.
