You do realize that the patriot act and NSA spying were all started under Bush, and when Republicans had a majority in both houses of Congress they threatened to shut down the federal government if those programs weren't continued, right?

Please try to know your politics before you post this ******** on the internet.

oh come one really, they're not trying to "control" anybody or make us "obey" them that's not what monitor means, and it's not like Obama is personally watching you **** around on Funnyjunk, there's too much information out there for them to care about 99% of peoples activity online, they're looking for signs of terrorism, they don't even care if you're talking about doing illegal **** as long as it isn't considered a threat to national security

That guy who blew the cover on this whole thing... everyone is calling him a ******* patriot and **** . This guy is not a patriot, he's a terrible person. He's a ******* asshole and idiot. The government was just trying to keep us safe but this guy ruined it and now everyone is over reacting to what the government did. I'm sorry that i'm not paranoid and think the world is out to get me... ******* nutcases. Calm down and get over yourself, you're not that important that they'd waste their time spying on you. This was supposed to protect us from terrorists and other things. If you have nothing to hide then there's no issue. I hope this guy is caught and thrown in prison for being a god damn traitor.

If you're not interacting with terrorist organizations or **** like that then why should you care about what might be watching or listening in on..This has been happening for almost the last 6 years and has anyone had their house raided? I didn't think so..When it was voted for in 2007 almost all republicans voted for it and almost all democrats voted against it. Now its the opposite with Obama...both sides are biased against the other for on everything and that won't change. But one thing I hate with Obama is that he never takes the blame for anything so he can basically do anything he wants and no one can do anything about it because of his "I didn't know" excuse.

If you want to spy into people's privacy, keep it in your country, scum. The rest of the world wants nothing from you, keep your **** to yourselves.
Hope the Chinese nuke you once and for all...

I can't even begin to understand how stupid this is. Did you guys really think that all of this just magically started with Obama? Just like that in 1 term? You can probably type on your keyboards and do witty remarks but cmon' we can use a little bit of brain here.
