The chemist would pronounce it "un-eye-on-eyesed," meaning not having a negative or positive electrical charge as an atom or molecule. The plumber would pronounce it "you-nyun-eyesed," meaning in a labor union to get better wages/representation.

Alternatively, you could discern them by figuring out which one smells like ****.
