Me too. Use Lactaid fast act pills, it has the enzyme that makes it so you can enjoy dairy. Lactaid also makes lactose free dairy products like milk.

If you're only intolerant, but not allergic... there are some pills with lactase(the enzyme that digests lactose) that you can buy and then you can have some milk products.

It's not too cheap, but there are some ocassions where you really need to or want to eat something with milk in it.

Nutira is the product name in Spain.

I believe there is some milk in donut batter. Plus some types of icing can trigger it.

There is milk or some type of dairy in just about everything. That would have to be one crazy severe case of lactose intolerant.

Well then whoever posted this is either lying or really bad at knowing about their own medical problems

That would be a gluten allergy or something like that. Or maybe a crippling phobia of food with holes in it.
You really should know your own medical problems better that "It's a thing where I can't eat donuts and possibly other foods"

Not to be a jerk and continue this, but it would be worth finding out what exactly you're allergic to. I only say this because I'm in the same boat - for years I thought I was lactose intolerant, but recently I found out that it's most likely a gluten intolerance. I've been avoiding delicious cheese for years for an imagined dietary problem - the horror!

But in all seriousness, check it out. It could also be a dairy allergy, where you're allergic to casein, or some other completely different intolerance or allergy.

You know what your allergy or whatever is called right? Right?
