That's actually what he says, Just watched the video. he says "Says the man with pubic hair" as in he's calling his hair Pubic.

"Says the man with pubic hair".

He just says that he has pubic hair. That has nothing to do with him being a ginger. If he would have added "On his head", it would have made more sense.

He didn't say "Says the man with pubic hair"

He said "Says the man with pubic, hair"

He basically means he's got pubes on his head, if you watch the video you can see he gestures towards his head, it's just the way brits talk sometimes, skip out words and stuff, but the way you say something makes the actual meaning.
