Women are generally more sympathetic to women and children issues regardless of the situation (the guy was still considered a kid). He was already ****** over by media bias now he would be more than likely double ****** . (I don't really have a side but it sounds to me like hes not getting off.)

That's where you're wrong. The defense is thrilled with the jury. They need a unanimous conviction for this. One of the women even said "What was a boy like that doing out so late." The prosecution even tried to have 2 of the jurors changed.

Prosecution is ****** . It's going to take a long shot for a win on this.

Yeah, the media got a hold of it and wants it put to rest their way.

Actually, studies have shown that women typically are more willing to vote guilty in general. I've heard people try to explain it with judgmental tendancies to emotional empathy. But basically, when someone is at the stand pouring their heart out, the empathic people want to see the victim get justice, and emotional people by definition are less concerned with facts. This could also describe an emotional male, but that's profiling for you.

I honestly think it could go either way. Women are more receptive to children's issues, yes, but older women much like the women on the jury also could identify with the whole "being overpowered" defense and being in a situation where they feel helpless. Should be interesting regardless. (Source: [url deleted] article where the picture was located)

or how about justice is served and theres no excuse for running around town setting **** on fire? thats a good plan, maybe people defending themselves should not be accused of murder...

I say let him go free!

That little punk-ass kid most likely deserved it. Besides, Zimmerman was just doing us all a favor by taking one more ****** off of welfare.
