360 games and he probably paid around 30-50 bucks so he paid around 10000-26000 for those games. I think he would've had A LOT better luck on Amazon or Ebay for the matter.

Holy **** , with that you'd be able to get a pretty good PC.

Yet you'd probably make 50-70% more if you sold it separately on eBay

Consider he has (11?) consoles there...plus 40-50+ some odd games...that's really bad....but I guess not for gamestop...

You can't blame them.. it's like a pawn shop. Sure, they buy your **** , but they still have to make a reasonable profit. Not to mention it's almost a gamble for them, they buy used stuff with just the HOPE that someone will eventually buy it so that they make their profit.

Yeah.. it's a video game pawn shop, not a refund store.

when i worked at a local phone shop we bought games and sold them. we used CEX (ukDOTwebuyDOTcom) to do the pricing. eg buy cod black ops II for £12 and sell for £27. its a rip off

they don't have to pay any royalties to MS or game developers for second hand games, though. it's 100% profit usually at 200% markup of what they payed.

There's no hope or any of that **** they know they make bank. They don't buy **** they think they might not make profit on. That's why they don't accept some games for active consoles.

Bro even a local video game store nearme which has everything from the Odyssey to the Wii U will give you more than what Gamestop will. I seriously dont understand why everyone bitches at them so much, they gotta make money somehow.

I didn't say that, I am just saying the guy above me said they have to hope they make money, when it is not hope, they know they will.
