I've lived in Wisconsin my entire life and I've never heard anyone call it a "bubbler".

Southwestern Ohio, both "water fountain" and "drinking fountain" are accepted terms.

Being from mississippi everyone calls it a water fountain. I've been living in Wisconsin for 6-7 years now. I get mad anytime someone calls it a bubbler. Your picture is accurate residentdevil.
