Probably because you're spending all your time playing games...
Instead of doing something with your life.

My life got way better after I finished high school and got a job. I'm affording the things I've always wanted, live a fairly independent life all things considered, make my own rules, do something that actually matters instead of regurgitating information on a piece of paper to judge if I have the ability to memorize, life is actually satisfying, have a serious relationship instead of that teen on and off one where we're radically different people little years later because we're still discovering our identities, which leads me to the fact I had no idea who I was, wanted, or liked, and when I thought I knew I'd hold on to it religiously because it was the only sure thing I knew (I was a douchebag atheist that dissed theists at every opportunity, and a metal head that hated anything commercial but didn't really know why), which now leads me to the fact I can enjoy a lot more things and appreciate them vastly more since I can actually understand the struggles I once just heard of. Sure, it has it's bad parts, any stage in life has them... you had no say in anything as a child, you had no idea who exactly you are as a teen, and you have all these responsibilities as an adult, but you were ignorantly happy, confused but enjoying every new discovery, and respectfully free to be and do whatever and whomever you can and want.

tl;dr: it gets better if you learn to enjoy the good things instead of focusing on the bad things

That feel when you can't improve at life or video games.

actually, the more i play any online fps, the worse i get
when black ops 1 first came out, i was playing it getting like 20/3's , 20/10's then 14's and 10's, and then even some as little as 10/20

the more i played it, the more i got frustrated, the more i died, the more i hated the game, until i gave up on the whole franchise itself

For me, getting better at games seemed to make them worse, I remember when I first picked up Halo, it took my friend and I weeks to get through it, and I loved every minute of it, now I can't look play anything without getting annoyed at dying, failing, etc.
I miss being a noob, everything was so simple

This isn't true, I still suck at CS and SC2 just as much as I did when I only had 5 hours logged.

Although I'm not one to take a negative outlook, I would tend to agree with that, considering how my life is going. All I've ever wanted was a girl I can trust enough to make my wife, and each time, it just seems to get ripped away from me beyond my control. Life sucks, but I guess there's still around 60 years for something to change, right?

every day you sit down, in the same place as yesterday, the day before and every other day.
all you do is sit there and do the same things, video games, blogs, videos, movies and so on
but as you turn it off to escape your unreal world you realize how alone and sad you are, such as we all are. and the immense dark pit of despair swallows you once again into the realm of anxieties, phobias and fears of whats outside your safe little world

Really?
From my perspective it seems like life has only gotten better.
Still not perfect, but better.

Either go jump or stop whining. Nobody wants to hear it.

That's cuz you're not gaming life and trying to improve your skill in.. well life skills. Hell, improving your life, period. There's lots to learn and lots to do. It takes a helluva lot of work, discipline and passion but with the right mindset and with active participation, you'd be surprised by what you can achieve. Hell, I know I've been

...As my game skill improves... my real life declines... interesting...

Clearly, OP is straight (for once, apparently).
