No one's going to care, but I see a lot of people want to work out, but have no idea where to start, or are intimidated to go to a gym because they don't even lift. Maybe this will help just one person.
Consider the following:

1. People aren't going to judge you if you start going to a gym to workout, even if you're not as good as they are. Everyone has to start somewhere, and if anything, people will try to help you, trust me.

2. Work out at home. Push-ups are free, jog around the block or at a local school track. Maybe save up some money and buy some equipment. I just bought a heavy punching bag, with a stand and a speed bag, and after using it, i definitely feel a difference, and learning to box is just a click away.

3. If boxing isn't your thing, dumbells are cheap, a metal bar in your basement can be a pull-up bar, stairs can be a great way to work on cardio and stamina. Finding where to start is the hardest part, and you might think you can't do it. But you can!
