The main problem that I have with most of the characters, is that their chapters become extremely repetitive, at least Arya, Tyrion and and one or two others actually advance the story.

Dany is just the same stuff over and over now

Even though I agree that the Dany chapters are quite useless sometimes, skipping them is just stupidity. Most of the Dany chapters in a Dance with Dragons is fantastic, especially the last 2 or 3.
