I"m die hard Republican, Hate this guys guts... but I really don't give a rats ass about the phone records. All they have is who called who and how long the call was.

*shrugs* I could care less, So they know I call my wife a lot?

But if they know Mustafa was making several calls to a number registered to one of the guys involved in the Boston bombing 2 days before it happened... That would certainly help.

The idea is they┬┐re messing with your privacy. Maybe now you don't really matter because you don't think phone records aren't that big of a deal, but on a broader perspective it means that the government just invaded your privacy, just "crossed the line" and, by doing nothing, you said "I'm ok with this". They will keep pushing that line, my friend.

There are 2 types of people, those who wish to be safer and are willing to give up their privacy because they have nothing to hide. Then there are those who will not tolerate any breach in their privacy and you can guess the rest.

This started back with Bush. They have "Big Brother" which monitors everything. Make a phone call and say a keyword, someone is listening now. I don't know why everyone blames obama for **** . He doesn't DO anything. He's the ******* fall guy. All he does is get pushed around by congress because they don't agree that he's democrat and they're republican. There shouldn't be any parties because all it turns into is a fight over "Oh they're not in our gang no one do anything that benefits them" when it's actually the ******* country at stake. The government is the ******* middle man of everything. Sure it worked when they were just in control of the DMV, Post office, social security, but it's not like that anymore. They use the people's money to raise their own pay annually when they can't afford everything they need in the city anyways, and on top of that they bail out the rich ******* CEO's because they got too greedy and lost business. Everyone's tax money went to bail out car companies that failed and the owners showed up. Each one by himself in a private jet. They could all have each a private jet of his own, but needed AND GOT our money to go back in business? what happens when a smaller store goes under? Do THEY get a bail out? No. They go under. That's how business works and should. This country needs a revolution where it all gets burned to the ground and starts again, but the way the military is now that couldn't happen. They have bullet proof humvees with computer controlled turrets and drones that can bomb you from the sky, and we can barely get a semi automatic AR-15. If they wanted to they could shoot us all and leave to ******* cuba with all their money can cash out and retire in paradise.

I'm done raving now.
