Its impossible, the body will decompose after time. And the skin will deteriorate over time. Also to get as close as keeping the same body a person would have to take the skin from the person and put it on a manikin, like they do with pets.

You would be surprised at some of the chemicals they used to use on embalming people. In Sicily there are bodies from the 1800's that are perfectly intact because of chemicals. One baby looks like a little doll. Anyways, yeah, embalming became popular during the American Civil War, so that important officers could be buried at home. Lincoln was preserved too. When they dug him up for some reason, he had not deteriorated at all. Sorry for the long post. Little Italian baby's body on left.

wouldn't the flesh still decay over time though? correct me if i'm wrong, but the reason you can do stuff like that on animals, and not humans, is because animals either have fur, or feathers, or something along those lines, where humans just have a thin layer of skin
