Chances are if you enjoyed high school, you're the reason it sucked for the rest of us.

of course there are exceptions...

it was fun for me at school, and i really tried to be good to everyone, i was usually the one who would piss of douchebags and made fun of them, you see i leave in croatia and there is some people who listen to really bad "folk" music, its actually the worst thing you could listen IMO. and me and my friends were punk/metal guys, and we would always fight with those "folk" scumbags, i had great time in high school

I try making school entertaining for my friends and peers. It also hides my depression from my friends so they don't look down upon me, but being the Joker type guy hasn't gotten me to the highest seat either.

For me, high school isn't that bad, I mean yeah, I despise work and some classes, but the social part of it, where you get to see your friends everyday. I'll admit to it, summer always seemed to get boring for me after a while. Sorry, little ramble I had to go on.

That's one hell of a generalizations. I loved high school, and did my best to make sure that others enjoyed it as well since I knew what it was like to despise school.

I enjoyed High School because I done my work, met a lot of friends and just enjoyed it to my full potential.
Didn't involve making anyone else miserable

The people who complain about high school sucking are ones who didn't do anything about it. It's fun if you are willing to try and make it fun by getting involved and finding people you like. Douche bags are everywhere, not just in high schools

You underestimate how ****** my school is. I tried finding people, and I did find one or two that were decent, interesting people. The rest, however, I just could not relate to in anyway. I would rather be alone and have my dignity than try to stoop down to the lowest common denominator in an attempt to make more friends and fit in.

The only thing I really enjoyed about high school was some of my teachers.

I ******* hate people like you. Because you can't relate to other people you assume it's because you're too smart for everyone else and that they're all idiots. No. It's because you spend all of your time on websites like this and don't learn how to socialize with new people.

Sorry. We were just having a good time and didn't think about the others around us. WE didn't know that discussing how much fun we had at a party, talking to our friends during class breaks, being excited and confident about driving cars for the first time, keeping up with school traditions, having some girls like us or liking some girls made it suck for you.

If it sucked for you, perhaps you should have gone to parties, discussed how much fun you had, bought a car and learned to drive, or had the guts to ask one of those slutty girls out. Those girls were there! You saw them! If you thought they'd say no, you shoulda learned the guitar and have been that guy instead.

I mean, I had a pretty good run in high school, and I can't say anything was bad overall. Of course there were bad times, but there were good times. But if there is one thing I can say, it's that I cannot understand the partiers. The people who get ****** up at these things and feel like they're living the life.

I've never gotten into that kind of stuff, maybe because I was never invited. But even then, I don't see the point. I'm a very simple guy, no need to complicate things by getting drunk and making brash decisions.

Parties are fun because the different environment gives people the chance to do stuff they couldn't get away with otherwise. Of course you shouldn't get so drunk that you do things that haunt you for years, but a little bit of snogging and doing silly things with friends can be liberating and a good way of relieving stress. Alcohol also makes people less shy, which can actually help you make a lot of new friends. It's much easier to strike up a conversation with a stranger at a party than for example at school, even if neither of you is drunk. This is due to the "party atmosphere" that I mentioned before. I believe you should never take anything to the extreme: don't party way too hard, because it'll **** up your life. But if you don't party at all you lose a lot of potential friendships. As wrong as it may seem, getting ****** up and doing stupid **** with a bro can form a remarkably strong bond.

For ME, it's not that I don't find what all the hype is about, I do. (Even though I don't drink or smoke) But god damn, having some ******* person in class that I BARELY know start bragging to me, or to everyone else that barely knows him, with the exception of maybe one person.. "Oh man I'm gonna get soooo ****** up on Friday. SO ****** UP. IT'S GONNA BE SO FUN AND I'M GONNA BE ****** -UP- WHEN I GET TO CLASS." to me they're attention whores to another level.
