So, there's a no-no, and no yes-no. But how do you know when a yes is a yes-yes or a no-yes?

She's talking about not taking advantage of girls under influence. If a girl is really drunk, just be a ******* gentleman.
I'm sure if one of you got really drunk and some gay guy took advantage of how inebriated you were, you'd be pissed and consider it rape too.

Regretful sex is not the same as rape.

Sometimes no means yes, like "Honey do you want anything for your birthday?" "No dear." "Okay." "OMG YOU INSENSITIVE BASTARD!"

If "No" means "No"
and "Yes" doesn't mean "Yes".
Does "Maybe" mean "Stapler"?
If "No" means "No"
and "Yes" doesn't mean "Yes".
Does "Maybe" mean "Stapler"?

So basically, never sleep with a woman.

Think I got my bases covered already.

The point isn't girls saying yes and later regretting it, the point is girls who are drunk and too drunk to say either, so that a guy can use that as a defense; hey, she never said she didn't want to. Certainly, but she never said she wanted to either, and judging from the fact that she barely moved I'd say there was no leading you on either.

However, most girls won't press charges because people in general will think they said yes and later regretted their decision.
For example, here in sweden there was a case of a girl getting raped at a party.
The boy even admitted to the rape, everything seemed to be clearing up.
Later the whole town wanted the girl to leave. Why?
Because the boy seemed like such a nice guy, helping old ladies over the streets and such, so everyone decided to think that she must have been lying.

Actually it is. The sign says "sometimes yes doesnt mean yes" not "silence doesnt mean yes." The latter, I would agree with. And most girls will press charges and there are many who will press charges to cover the shame of getting caught, their parents or friends finding out. Many times the women keep quiet until the guy is bragging about it and when some of her friends/family find out and ask her about it, trying to save face because they dont want to face the shame of their decisions.

Sorry there's a village of retards in Sweden who think its okay for a guy to get off scott-free for rape if hes an overall nice guy but thats not how it is here in America, nor most of the world.
I give you Brian Adams, from California
>High school student and Linebacker with promising college and NFL career ahead
>Enter Wanetta Gibson
>Gibson and Adams had completely consensual, sober sex
>Someone finds out and threatens to tell her parents
>Gibson makes up story of Adams raping her in school to cover for her sexual activity that her parents would not approve of.
>No DNA or any evidence of rape found at all
>Adams is forced into in guilty plea bargain by over-zealous public sympathizing with girl
>Gibson later sues school for $750,000 for creating unsafe environment, wins
>Gibson finally feels too guilty after the man spends 10 years of his sentence in prison, recants privately to private investigator that is secretly recorded
>Gibson finds out she will likely be charged with filing false report, recants her admission
>MFW a woman, after admitting to lying about an accusation and letting man spend 10 undeserved years in prison is willing to continue to lie to save her own ass

I never got this logic. So, if two people are drinking and have sex, then she screams rape because she was drunk, wasn't he drunk too? So, why is he the one getting in trouble?

Furthermore, drunk sex is awesome. I love getting drunk (not falling over, blackout drunk...but inebriated) and having sex. It heightens my senses, and I openly admit I like it and would partake in it. So, how is it rape if my husband decides to have sex with me while I am drunk? And why is a drunk yes not a yes?!

Oh jeez, here we go again FunnyJunk.

I've been here since white funnyjunk. You people realize this mens activist phase happens in cycles on this site right?

It goes "Feminism is pointless and stupid" to "well hold on guys thats not completely true." to "Feminism is annoying and Mens activists are complainers". Then we see a feminist content so mindblowningly stupid that we shift gears back to "Feminism is pointless and stupid" again.

This entire cycle can take as little as two weeks or as much as two years. But as an oldfag I'll tell you that it's an inevitable cycle.
