As soon as one tiny thing is out of place, the entire internet suddenly has OCD.

"Leik omg I can't stand seeing something slightly out of order. I'm SOOO OCD, lol XD XD xD !!!1!!!!!!"

You don't have OCD, stop saying you have OCD. People who actually have OCD don't go around and champion their illness -- it isn't something to be proud of or to go around and parade. OCD can be extremely debilitating, and can horribly impact one's quality of living.

OCD isn't being slightly bothered by a tile out of place. OCD is, however, performing some menial, trivial, process over and over until you get it exactly right because you're afraid that your parents may die if you don't complete it.

And then people in the comments start pretending to have OCD.

>implying any of you dumb ***** actually have OCD
OCD is always taking your first step out the door on your left foot, or flipping on and off all the lights every twenty minutes to make sure they're still working, or walking precisely 4,384 steps while walking to work/school.
Disliking things that are slightly out of place is not OCD - that is NORMAL. Congratulations, you are a functional human being.

OCD is NOT just disliking uneven things, I wanna slap the **** out of everyone at my school that says they have OCD. I had OCD growing up, and I'll tell you it's hell, you do stupid specific things and you have no idea why. One of my habits was whenever I saw three objects, I had to touch them in a specific order, say I touch 1, 2, then 3. I would then have to touch all three again, but start with the object I touched in the middle of the sequence, in this case the second round would be touching 2, 3, then 1. I touched 3 second because I have to do a third round, and now start with 3 so all of the objects are even, then I'd touch 3, 2, 1. (I can't touch the second round starting object last in the third round). I seriously had to do this on tons of occasions, but eventually got better and only had to look at them in this sequence. I had tons more things, but OCD is not disliking uneven things, that is part of it, but holy **** I wanna smack the **** out of those kids at my school.

This had nothing to to with OCD, if you have a real mental problem with stuff like this, it is called OCPD. So please, stop misusing "OCD".

Here, have this: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Obsessive%E2%80%93compulsive_personality_disorder
