You can tell when someone has at least a slightly racist ideology either by how unashamed they are to show it, or how ashamed they are to show it.

That's why I hate when I'm all like, "Oh, I was just talking to that black man over ther-"
"That's racist"

No sir, it is not racism to recognize someone's differences, it is racist to act like those differences put someone at a lesser value than others

That's why when someone is really worried about others perceiving something they say as racist, you know that something about that race's differences scares them. When someone truly accepts someone for how they are, they aren't afraid of anyone picking up on their prejudices, because they don't exist.

That's why education is the greatest driving force to promote equality, people fear the unknown, and fear creates rejection

True **** spoken right here. I hate it when someone is saying "hey, you know that guy who works in the HR department" or "hey you know that kid a few grades below us" and you say "is he black/white/asian/mexican/etc" and they say "well that's just racist"... But it isn't
