System32 contains a number of crucial files to make any Windows OS work. If you manage to get rid of it, your computer becomes a brick with a motherboard. You'd have to completely reinstall an OS, Windows or otherwise.

you do know that with most laptops you can just format your puter or repair it with the copy of the os on it....... just spam 1 of the f keys till you get a option to do it
