what you say? I can't hear you over the sound of the arrows hitting my armor

Yep those tit plates are gonna do great at deflecting arrows straight into your sternum.

But not as good as something like this.
(Although her waist does scare me)

a warhammer or a fall that others would survive might break her back.

A fall? Also a warhammer wouldn't make her fall, it would cave that **** in like a tin can, those thing were pretty much made specifically to deal with armor.

a warhammer or a fall

How would a fall hurt her more than an armoured person?

look at the waist of the one in your pic, if she lands bad, the back might break due to the armor. Armors like that are not insulated with any soft material because it would be too warm or heavy when wet. the body wont be flexible and the armor is static and not flexible. it's like you hold something fragile. shake it hard. and it might snap exactly where you hold it hardest because it wont be able to move

That's a pretty extreme example though, most armor in real life wouldn't have a waist anywhere near that thin.

and with a good reason too..

Yeah, seems they're still trying to make the armor look slightly effeminate with that piece, in reality you wouldn't be able to tell the difference between a man or woman in armor until they spoke.

Not necessarily, their height and smell could give it away, and the chest piece on female armor protrudes slightly more, although real armor isn't molded like that. I speak as somebody who does mock combat on a regular basis.
