the ''don't use ´ in caps'' it's finished, now you can use it or not, but it's more accturate use it.
This was just because the typwriters, whn you wrote a cap with a ´, the letter was a mess, soo they couldn't use it, but now you can use it.

Lo que está mal es el "como", que le falta la tilde. ¿Cómo (él) te llama (a ti)? no es incorrecto ortográfica ni gramaticalmente.
