I'm afraid your bowels just wouldn't obey your commands at that altitude, for fear of your sphincter catching a sudden updraft, swelling from the dramatic input of air, and rupturing your entire body from the excruciating internal pressure.   
However, researchers at MIT should have a viable solution within the decade.
