Does he mean to exercise all these steps after you're done drinking?

Wouldn't you just ruin your 'buzz' to throw all these steps in while you're enjoying yourself? Considering alcohol is metabolized a bit through urine, respiration and sweat?

If it is when you're done drinking though, then I understand.

Steps 2 and 3 are helpful if you do it when you stop drinking/go to bed.
